Can I pick up an item?
For detailed information on Click & Collect orders see our dedicated information page here. If there is a Click & Collect option then yes the item can be collected from our Mount Druitt warehouse. Please note that we need a minimum of 3-4 hours to process your order. In some case it could be a couple of days to have your order ready if we need to get it transferred from another warehouse. The item will always say the timeframe for pick up.

Where are you Located?
Our warehouse is in Mount Druitt, NSW. For Click & Collect orders the address will be supplied in a message with collection instructions once the orders are ready

Why do you not advertise your address?
We do this because we have in the past had too many customers turning up for items that are not available for pick up, or are not in our main warehouse at the time. So to avoid customer dissapointment we ask that all orders be placed with the Click & Collect option, and when the order is ready for collection we will send a message with collection instructions including the addess.

Do you do trade discounts?
No, our prices online are already the lowest we can do. No further discounts apply unless there is a catalogue sale or a promotion, in which cases the prices will already be reflected on the website.

What is your phone number?
We do not advertise our phone number. Please contact us through Facebook or our website with your enquiry and we will get back to you ASAP. We do it this way because we have a small team of staff and we just do not have the resources to be answering phone calls for online orders all day.

When can I pick up my item?

How will my item be sent?
We use a variety of carriers. Most of the items go with Australia Post, however depending on the item and location we may have to send it with a courier such as Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, TNT, Toll or Startrack.

Can my item be sent Express Post?
Yes, we offer Express Post on all items. Please choose Express Post when making your purchase.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We don't provide specific delivery dates because factors outside of our control, such as carrier schedules and location, can influence shipping times. This helps us avoid setting unrealistic expectations.

What we do guarantee is getting your order processed and shipped out within our standard timeframe. Once your package is with the carrier, they'll usually provide an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) through their tracking system.

Can i cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team promptly. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it may not be possible to cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process. Please be aware that a 6% handling fee will be applied to all customer-initiated order cancellations.
